An Era of Smartphones and Tablets

In todays world people ar mostly dependent on many technologies for their daily routine. Some such technologies on which almost all the people are dependent are Mobile phones: Smartphones and Tablets.

And yes, it has become the need of everyone to have his personal mobile phones and especiaslly the smartphones. Smartphones have not only attracted the  students and the youths but also many adults for its various advantageous features that are required in a daily routine.

Some common features that any normal smartphone carry with itself are  like:
1. Call facility (2G and 3G)
2. Multi-sim
3. GPS system.
4. Networks: 2G and 3G.
5. Various app stores.
6. Word, excel and powerpoint.
  And many more......

It can be easily guessed from the above that a smartphone is equivalent to a laptop  or we can say that it is a pocket laptop as it has all the features that a laptop offers.

It supports HD games and videos which makes it more attractive towards youths across the world.

It helps any student in the world for his study like it provides ebooks, exam apps, etc...

It supports facility like live tv that has access to any channel in the world to play it live. So it becomes more attractive to people who are away from their homes so they can access any channel by downloading a live tv app.

Nowadays there is always a problem to reserve a seat in places like train, airplane, bus, hotels, cinema, etc... so for this it also has apps that has access to reserve seat any where by a mere touch.

So, we can conlude from the above discussion that a smartphone helps us reduce our work to a great extent even greater then that of a laptop or a desktop.

To use any smartphone so as to benefit  from its features only requires us to download respective apps  and implement it and our work will be done.

"The only thing that is a must is an internet connection because without this a smartphone is like a body without soul"

And if unfortunately there are people who are unaware of these technologies then they must get familiar with it as fast as possible.

Everyone in the world must get acquaited to these technologies today because the time is coming when there will be only e-works and no physical works. So one must get familiar as soon as possible so that one don't face any difficulty in futurte.

The change is happening too fast.

A reminder
Just few years ago laptop emerged, sold out big and larger, made big markets then came in the mobiles with internet followed by the recent developments of android phones which have almost taken the whole pc market.

These mobile market has become so big these days that even people have started saying that laptop-desktop days are gone and its an era of   "smartphones and tablets".

So , now the targets are just few touch away.

God gifted me...

"Do for others selflessly  and  you will be rewarded"
I  am writing one of  my train journeys when i was returning from bhopal to sambalpur.

It was around 4pm and i was  at the Katni Railways station. I was very hungry then and the hunger in me forced to get something that  could overcome it but i found nothing in that station except a dozen  banana. So i bought that .
I was along with my cousin. He was hungry too.....in fact more than me. So i gave him 8 bananas and kept 4 for myself. By the time the train left Katni I had finished one banana and took out another to have when i realised that a poor little child (around 8 to 9 years in age, he seemed like since  long hours he had nothing, he seemed too poor ) was looking at me ......no, actually he was looking at the banana in my hand. I knew he was hungry so i offered him a  banana. He grasped it and ate it immediately and faster than me.

How hungry he was !!!!! I could realise.

I felt like one banana came to a very good use....i felt good  of myself though i too was very hungry.
Then the poor child got down the train in the next station.
The train left...
3hrs past  and still then no food items in any station. It was around 9:30pm and i was at the top level of my hunger. And what to say about my cousin, he was in the hell of it .
While we both were in a conversation with each other in our regional language i.e. Odia, a man sitting beside me enquired us whether we were from Odisha ! After this we three had a very good conversation for about 45 minutes. As always, like minded people get together where ever they are.
Then the new person took out a tiffin box which his wife had packed  for him to have it while in the train.

He took out ten puris from it , kept 4 and gave rest to us along with a sabji. It was "chana masala". As i was very very much hungry, i could not ignore it. First we thanked him and then had the tiffin. It was  superb. I felt like it was the gift of god and fortunately it was.
Suddenly i realised that i had given a banana to a poor hungry child in the evening so I could feel the presence of god not only because I got something to eat but let me also say that "puri along with chana masala" is my favourite ever.
So if its not god's gift then what is it !!!!
